Export your samples from Applied Biosystems® GeneMapper® ID/ID-X
Open or create your project in GeneMapper
Open GeneMapper and your project or create a new one.
Check your samples using GeneMapper (optional)
Check all samples and remove unnecessary/faulty samples from your project as Genemapper can export whole projects only.
Export your project from GeneMapper (1)
Export you project using the menu “File > Export Combined Table”.
Export your project from GeneMapper (2)
You can select whatever formating options you want/need — YHRD is able to handle all of them. Name your file and start exporting by pressing “Export”.
Validate your GeneMapper export file (optional)
Review your exported file. Please additionally use the Data File Validator to validate your file. If each check is passing, proceed with your file at the YHRD. Otherwise follow the advises given at each unsuccessful check.
